Wonderful product, however, I was disappointed with the packaging. I ordered three sets of glasses to be gift wrapped, or perhaps it was just a gift card. They came in one box which was terribly crumpled, but no damage to the glass boxes. Only one gift card and one story book included.

Please note that, after checking your order, I can confirm you only acquired one StoryBook and the single free gift card that we give per order.Nevertheless, I am very sorry that the delivery box arrived crumpled. I am afraid that, once the art pieces are handle by the carriers, things are a bit out of our control.Although, I am so happy that, at least, the art pieces arrived safely to your dear people. I received my goblets today and am a bit disappointed. I feel like I paid a lot of money for them. They are so beautiful, but two of the goblets have flaws/bubbles in the glass. Can those two be replaced?
